QUORUM mozzarella and cheddar cheese are made with 100% Canadian milk from most natural sources raised without antibiotics or hormones, manufactured in a HACCP-certified facility, and are Halal-compliant:
- Free from vegetal prohibited enzymes
- Free from genetically modified microbial enzymes
- Free from contamination with animal fat during processing
- Free from animal rennets or pepsins
WESTANGUS beef burgers, meatballs, and sausages are made with 100% Canadian beef from most natural sources raised without hormones or antibiotics, and in compliance with Canadian Food Safety (CFS)/USDA regulatory requirements, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulatory standards, and Islamic Dietary Rules and Regulations for Halal food.
